CRPO Compliance & Ethical Information Section

CRPO Registration:

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and adhere to their Code of Ethics. My CRPO registration number is: 18704

Privacy & Confidentiality:

Confidentiality is a core principle of therapy, which will be discussed before therapy. All sessions are private, and your information is protected. However, there are some limits to confidentiality, such as in cases where there is a risk of harm to oneself or others or if required by law. Mind Revitalized operates in accordance with Ontario’s privacy laws (PHIPA) and does not collect personal information via this website unless submitted voluntarily (e.g., via contact form). For therapeutic privacy policies, see the client intake documents provided at the time of booking.

Informed Consent:

Before beginning therapy, we will also discuss and review informed consent, ensuring you understand the therapeutic process, your rights, and what to expect from therapy. I'm happy to answer any questions you may have about confidentiality, limitations, or your rights as a client.

Complaints and Concerns:

If you ever have concerns about a psychotherapist or believe that any psychotherapist you encounter has crossed ethical boundaries, you have the right to file a complaint with the CRPO. More information can be found on their official website [Link Here]

CRPO expects clients to be aware that records are kept and governed by PHIPA.

I securely maintain clinical records in accordance with Ontario’s Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) and CRPO regulations. You have the right to access or request corrections to your record at any time.

Virtual Care & Cross-Provincial Clients

Therapy sessions are conducted virtually through secure, encrypted platforms that comply with PHIPA. I provide virtual therapy to clients in Ontario and other Canadian provinces where cross-border practice is legally permitted.

Emergency Services

I do not provide crisis or emergency services. If you are in immediate danger or distress, please contact 911, go to your nearest emergency department, or call Talk Suicide Canada at 1-833-456-4566.
