About

Mind Revitalized

MISSION

At Mind Revitalized, I support individuals and couples who feel overwhelmed, emotionally disconnected, or unsure of where to turn next. Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship stress, grief, identity shifts, or trauma, I hold space for the misfits, the wanderers, the ones rebuilding after rupture.

My mission is to offer a therapy space rooted in safety, curiosity, and self-trust — where healing is not about fixing yourself, but about remembering who you've always been. I draw on somatic, metaphor-based, and emotion-focused tools to help you process what’s been held inside, and find steadiness in the midst of change.

VISION

I envision a world where healing through therapy means coming home to who you truly are, not becoming someone else.

Where differences, complexity, and emotional depth are welcomed with understanding, not shame. And where online therapy offers accessible, authentic support for those often overlooked by traditional systems.

VALUES

  • Authenticity: No masks. No pretending. Just real conversations and honest presence in a safe online space.

  • Compassion: Meeting pain with gentleness, not urgency — especially for those navigating trauma, low self-worth, anxiety, or neurodivergence.

  • Empowerment: You’re the expert of your life. I walk beside you, not in front.

  • Creativity: Healing isn’t linear. Metaphor, story, art, and somatic tools are welcome here.

  • Justice & Awareness: I honour lived experiences shaped by gender, culture, military life, power, and identity. Therapy is political, too.

WHAT MIND REVITALIZED OFFERS

This is more than just a therapy space. It’s a place for reflection, clarity, and meaningful transformation.

Through grounded, evidence-informed therapy and creative emotional tools — including somatic work, metaphor, and parts-based approaches — I support you in building emotional regulation, exploring your inner world, and reconnecting with yourself with deeper intention.

WHO IS IT FOR

Mind Revitalized is for those holding invisible weight. The deep feelers. The overthinkers.
The ones holding it all together — until they can’t.

You don’t have to name it perfectly to begin. You just have to want something to feel different.

THE EXPERIENCE

Expect warmth.
Expect realness.
Expect metaphors.
Expect to cry, to laugh, to be gently challenged and safely held.

Change is possible — and it doesn’t have to happen all at once.
Online therapy is simply one doorway back to yourself.

Why I Chose The Name

Mind Revitalized

Healing isn’t about becoming someone else—
It’s about returning softly and slowly to who you’ve always been.

Mind Revitalized is an online therapy space for deep feelers, misfits, and wanderers —
burned-out souls, military family members, and neurodivergent minds across Canada.

It’s for those seeking trauma-informed, soul-rooted care—to rediscover clarity, not control.
To reconnect with their own wisdom, not be fixed.

Rooted like a mountain. Fluid like mist.
Healing like lavender.

It’s not flashy. It’s not corporate.
It’s what I stand for as a therapist—
in all my nuance, depth, and warmth.

MIND

Not just cognition but consciousness.
It’s your story, your selfhood, and the inner world where emotion and experience live.

REVITALIZED

To bring back life.
To reawaken, breathe, and remember who we are beneath the exhaustion.

Why

Lavender & Mountain

Lavender and Mountain are original therapy characters unique to Mind Revitalized, created to support emotional healing, metaphor-based therapy, and trauma-informed care for adults across Canada.

Scent of Stillness & Soft Strength
Lavender symbolizes peace, grounding, and emotional ease. Its calming scent mirrors the therapeutic process: slow, steady, and safe. Like trust in therapy, lavender anchors us through uncertain moments, gently inviting unresolved feelings to surface. Its symbolism reminds us that healing doesn’t rush—it unfolds with time, care, and inner steadiness

Sacred Climb of Becoming
Mountains represent the healing path—grounded, transformative, and upward. Each step echoes the emotional terrain we cross in therapy: grief, growth, identity, and truth. Mountains remind us that clarity comes with elevation, and that even if we haven’t reached the top, our progress matters. Their stillness offers safety. Their strength encourages us to keep going.
