Professional Registration:
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), registration #18704. My practice adheres to CRPO’s Professional Practice Standards and Code of Ethics, which uphold principles of client dignity, autonomy, confidentiality, and informed consent.
Privacy Policy & Confidentiality
At Mind Revitalized, your privacy is essential to the therapeutic relationship. All information shared in therapy is kept private and protected under Ontario’s Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) and the ethical standards of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
Confidentiality in Therapy
Your health information is treated with the utmost care and is only disclosed under the following legally mandated exceptions:
If there is a risk of serious harm to yourself or others
If a child under the age of 16 is at risk
If a court subpoenas records
If you disclose harm by a regulated health professional
Outside of these rare circumstances, your information remains confidential. Records are securely stored and maintained in accordance with CRPO and PHIPA guidelines. You may request access to your file or corrections at any time.

Complaints & Concerns:

Virtual Therapy & Jurisdiction
Sessions are conducted virtually through secure, encrypted platforms (Jane) that comply with Ontario’s Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA).
As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), I provide therapy to clients residing in:
Ontario, as well as other Canadian provinces and territories that permit cross-jurisdictional care by Ontario-based RP (Qualifying). This currently includes:
British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Nova Scotia, Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut.
If you reside outside Ontario and are unsure whether you're eligible for care, feel free to contact or consult your province’s regulatory body to confirm.

For your privacy and protection, I encourage you to use the Jane App’s secure messaging system whenever possible. Messages sent through your Jane client portal are encrypted and stored in accordance with privacy regulations. If you choose to email me, please do so only for non-sensitive matters. By doing so, you acknowledge and accept this level of risk.
